This is to keep everyone aware to how we operate for the foreseeable future while the Government is dealing with this covid 19. We are running a door drop off service only at the same times the foodbanks would normally open. I would encourage everyone to follow government guidelines, and not to turn up at the foodbanks.

We would encourage folk to follow the contact details on this page and to follow East Hull Foodbank & Beannie Street Foodbank on facebook.

Some schools have sent out little slips, signposting families to ourselves and we would like if you could pass this message out to anyone you feel may need this service.

The N.H.S STAFF are under extreme pressure at the moment and we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of them for all they do for us all.

We would also like to add that if any of the N.H.S STAFF should need a food parcel to contact us without delay.

For delivery of food parcels allow 24 hour for us to prepare this for you please. As we are dealing with high numbers of families looking for support, we do ask for your patience with us we will try do all we can to support everyone.

We have delivered over 100 emergency food parcels this week alone, and feel our services will be needed more so than ever during this time of National state of crisis.

The amount of support we give will depend on our own supplies that we have got, and do hope everyone understands this.

We are working closely with other organisations to ensure we are all supporting each other. And we would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Jodie from Fareshare for all her help and support. The students food bank initiative founded by Mary, we would also like to thank Mary for all her support over the last few months, let alone so so many other wonderful organisations like groundwork who do amazing work for the community, and who has supported us all greatly.

There is so many more i could thank, however you all know who you are. If anyone would like to volunteer or donate we welcome and encourage this and thank you in advance.
